CREATIVE GRANTS & COMMISSIONS
Some ideas need more than a rehearsal period. They need time, to take shape, change direction, be tested, and develop through sustained engagement.
Sruti Art Hub supports such artistic journeys through creative residencies, grants, and commissions, providing artists with the resources and space to develop new work.
CREATIVE GRANTS
Sruti Art Hub’s Creative Grants supported by The Sruti Trust, supports artists with the time, space, and resources to take an idea from exploration to development. Selected artists receive access to the Hub’s creative and technical infrastructure, enabling them to work closely with their practice, research an idea, develop and test new material, and shape it into a body of work. The grant is designed to give artists the freedom and sustained support to pursue an idea beyond the immediate demands of performance.
SUPPORTING NEW IDEAS
We welcome ideas that demonstrate curiosity, artistic rigour and a willingness to explore new possibilities. The focus is on supporting strong artistic ideas as they evolve, rather than requiring a predetermined outcome.
